Our Strategy
JDS Consultative is an independent business consulting and Fractional COO practice founded by Julia Siderakis, bringing over 40 years of experience in food service, hospitality, and retail, including 27 years as a restaurant owner, to every client engagement. We work with small business owners, operators, and executive level clients through five flexible engagement levels, from initial strategy sessions to full Fractional COO support, plus a specialty contract tailored to food and beverage businesses. Whether you're launching a new venture or refining an established operation, we provide the operational clarity and strategic guidance needed to move forward with confidence.
Julia brings this same approach into her advisory work, currently serving three Northern California SBDC-affiliated organizations, and into the classroom as an instructor of Retail Marketing, Customer Service, and Culinary Arts at Mendocino College, where she has taught for over 12 years. A particular focus of her work is AI readiness and digital transformation, backed by a Certified Shadow AI Practitioner designation and Partner Academy standing with Lightspeed Commerce, helping clients move from manual, reactive processes to connected systems built for long term growth.
